All enforcement actions and audits are directed to our entity. Your organization is not the target of EU regulatory proceedings.

Regulatory Contact Point

We are the legal contact point for European authorities. On-site inspections and document reviews happen at our location. Not a virtual or forwarding service.

Documentation Custody

Required AI Act documentation maintained in the Netherlands with immediate authority access.

Compliance Monitoring

We monitor AI Act amendments and authority guidance and notify you when your documentation requires updating.

Independent Document Escrow

Independent custody of critical compliance documentation. Recommended for high-risk AI systems and GPAI models.
